Speed Lacrosse is a fast fun version of 3v3 lacrosse played on a small field. Players do not wear any equipment, do not have positions, and the game is supposed to be fast and free flowing. 30 mins skills/30 min speed game. Taught by expert coaches from Park Ridge Lacrosse.

Scrimmages will target playing 6v6 with goalies on 6x6 nets. We will officiate using the standard US Lacrosse rules for this age group (no takeout checks, no one handed checks, etc)

Scrimmages will target playing 6v6 with goalies on 6x6 nets. We will officiate using standard US Lacrosse rules for this age group (no takeout checks, no one handed checks, etc). Short Sticks Only.
12U
Scrimmages will target playing 6v6 with goalies on 6x6 nets. We will officiate using standard US Lacrosse rules for this age group. Short Sticks Only. Games will be played on a smaller field (the field size used in U8/U10)
14U
Scrimmages will target playing 6v6 with goalies on 6x6 nets. We will officiate using standard US Lacrosse rules for this age group. 2 Long Poles allowed on field per team. Games will be played on a smaller field (the field size used in U8/U10)
All Ages
Scrimmages will target playing 6x6 with goalies on 6x6 Nets. Each age group will scrimmage on separate fields.
