Spring is our main season, and during fall, we seize the opportunity to redirect our athletes' attention towards other sports like football and soccer. Our autumn activities primarily revolve around honing their skills and introducing them to these sports, all in preparation for the Spring.
We are offering the following and if more competitive/training is desired, we recommend going to the select lacrosse programs.
Ages 4-8 Speed (Co-ed)

Girls lacrosse (3rd-5th)

Boys padded training (2 weeks Mondays 9/18 and 9/25 at 5:00-6:30 PM)
