Our sponsor, Flahive's Strength Training is offering an exclusive 8 week Team Training program for Park Ridge Lacrosse players. The girls team will train on Thursdays from 12-1pm and the boys team will train on Fridays from 12-1pm beginning the week of June 16th. Team training is available for up to 20 players per session and will begin Thursday, June 19th for the girls and Friday, June 20th for the boys, and will run through Friday, August 8th. **Please note: Since July 4th is on a Friday, the boys team will train at 10am on Thursday, July 3rd.**
